1. To enter, speak to a UW Partner and complete an entry form. Entries must be completed by 5 September 2023. Only entries completed by the closing date on original The £20K Giveaway forms or via the official UW online application form will be valid. Illegible or altered entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid and will not be accepted. All entries are subject to verification. UW accepts no liability for any lost or delayed entries.
2. This promotion is open to all UK residents over 18 years of age, except existing UW customers, employees of UW, their families, agents and anyone associated with this promotion. By entering into the prize draw you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
3. There is a limit of 1 entry to the prize draw per person.
4. The prize is £20,000 cash. No other alternative will be offered. No purchase necessary.
5. The prize draw will be held at Amplify 2023 which will take place by 30 October 2023 and supervised by an independent person. 1 winner will be chosen at random.
6. UW will contact the winner within 30 days of the prize draw, using the telephone number or email address provided with the entry.
7. UW must publish information that indicates that a valid award took place. UW will publish the surname and county of the prize winner on uw.co.uk. If you object to this information being published please let us know when we contact you about the prize. UW must still provide the information and winning entry to the ASA on request.
8. The winner consents to being filmed and/or having their photograph taken for promotional purposes.
9. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Prize Draw. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the directors of Utility Warehouse shall be final and binding on all entrants.
10. The winner will have 14 days from us contacting you (see clause 6) to claim the prize. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
11. UW will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner, if the winner cannot be contacted, or has not claimed the prize within 14 days, UW reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.

13. Utility Warehouse Partners – completed paper entry tickets must be sent to: The £20K Giveaway, Utility Warehouse, Network HQ, 508 Edgware Road, The Hyde, London, NW9 5AB and received by 5th September 2023 or brought to Amplify 2023.
14. You Consent to George Curtis or Curtis Communications contacting you directly to offer a utility review or future services either through phone or email.
