Back Up Service
For enterprises that cannot be without their connectivity we offer a range of fail-over, back-up solutions. Some of our services include an ADSL back-up, terminated on the managed router supplied with the primary circuit. Where available, ADSL, FTTC and 4G can also be supplied with a separate router. All back-up services can accommodate fixed IP addresses and we also have a range of non-fixed IP data SIMs, with or without a managed router.
4G & 5G Packages
Most home owners and businesses require fast, reliable internet connectivity wherever they are and challenges arise when suitable fixed line solutions are unavailable or the requirement is only temporary. 4G & 5G mobile data is now an accepted alternative to fixed broadband, Ethernet, satellite and wireless. We offer a range of packages suitable for any requirement or event.
SIP trunks
SIP trunks are designed for existing on-premise telephone systems to enable VoIP calls where upgrading to a cloud system is not an option.
We offer SIP trunks as an alternative to standard telephone lines and ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) lines. Very often SIP trunks will share a broadband or leased line service with other internet traffic which saves money for the end customer. QoS (Quality of Service) will normally be applied both upstream and downstream to protect more vulnerable, time-sensitive voice packets.
Our SIP trunks include UK landline and UK mobile calls on a 36-month contract.

Standard comes with Service Level One which provides a response before the end of the next working day + one working day, Monday – Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) 0800-1800.
Standard Plus comes with Service Level Two which provides a response by the end of the next working day, Monday – Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) 0800-1800. This is the minimum Care Level we recommend for businesses.

Fixed IP UK 4G data-only Failover SIMs
Our Fixed IP Failover SIMs are available on either Vodafone or EE networks on 12-month contracts. They are designed to be used as a backup for when primary services fail. Users pay a small monthly fee for the service and only pay for additional usage in the months in which they use it. The bolt-on selected is automatically triggered when the initial data allowance is exceeded.
